EAT & DRINK – LONDON, UK         The Prince Alfred – Maida Vale

Now this pub is a must visit if you are in the Maida Vale area. Its only a stones throw away from Warwick Avenue tube station (Bakerloo line) but also a short walk (about 15-20 minutes from Paddington Station along the canal in Little Venice).

It is very old and traditional. It is know as the pub with the little doors as the u-shaped bar is surrounded by the main room which is split into multiple sections connecting each section by a little door.

It is one of the most stunning pubs I have ever visited and one where I love going back to. It has real character and will definitely be one of the more unique pubs you will ever visit.

I will try and pop back in to get a picture of it so you know what I am talking about.

Aside from that the pub also served fantastic food throughout the day. It has a dining room next to the main bar, called The Formosa Dining Room.

I have recently been there with friends for a Sunday Roast and I have to say it was phenomenal.

They cater for everyone. My friends and the roast beef and the chicken and they were raving about their food.

A beetroot Wellington with the biggest Yorkie and some great roasties with veg
